Welcome to Lunar Skyn and Wellness. By booking an appointment with us for an intravenous vitamin drip or any other service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Appointments
   All appointments must be booked through our website or by direct contact with our clinic. Once an appointment is confirmed, a confirmation email or message will be sent to you. You are required to provide accurate personal and health information at the time of booking to ensure your treatment is tailored to your specific needs. All treatments require an initial virtual consultations if you are a new client.

2. Cancellation Policy
   We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a non-refundable fee. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule to avoid this charge.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits
   A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your treatment. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, this deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

4. Isolation of pets and young kids
   In order to ensure your safety and the clinician's safety, you are required to declare any pets or young kids present at the location who may affect sterility and safety of yourself or others. In certain situations, isolation may be required. Failure to comply may result in the termination of the procedure.

5. Health Considerations
   As a nurse-led service, we prioritise your safety. You will be required to complete a health questionnaire before receiving any treatment. Certain health conditions may require a consultation or doctor's approval before booking an appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem the treatment unsafe based on your medical history.

6. Treatment Risks and Results
   While IV vitamin drips are generally safe and well-tolerated, results can vary depending on individual health conditions and lifestyle. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from treatments. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge that you understand the potential risks and benefits of the treatment, and consent to the procedure.

7. Payment
   Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified. We accept payment via [credit card, debit card, etc.]. All prices are subject to change without notice.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality
   We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Any information you provide will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

9. Liability
   Lunar Skyn and Wellness will not be held liable for any adverse reactions or side effects that occur as a result of your treatment. We strongly advise that you follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our team.

10. Amendments to Terms
    We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these updates.
